Quick March!

As March is ‘National Nutrition Month’ I figured there ought to be no better time to launch my new site!  The theme for this years campaign was designed to focus our attention on the importance of making informed food choices and develop sound eating and physical activity habits, with the aim of steering people away from the fad diets that are so popular today.  I feel that this years theme is very timely and definately in line with what I’ll be posting about here in the coming days.
