		<description>Thanks for the info, more people should check their food for nutritional content, but a lot of them don&#039;t know what calories/KJ etc are. Perhaps you can post something that tells people how many calories they should be eating a day (based on weight) for maintaince/weight loss. That way you can judge whether an 800 cal serving of something is a small or large percent of your daily intake.
