		<description>Every little bit counts! 100 Calories (418 KiloJoules) a day is worth nearly a pound of fat a month. That means cutting out 1 cookie or one ounce of potato crisps (potato chips in the US).  Or you can choose a 3 oz serving of meat instead of an 8 oz serving.  Keep it simple!

A little portion control here, a little substitution there and you&#039;re laughing -- 3 pounds a month means 36 pounds a year.
