Fitness Challenge - Day 2 - Are You With Me?

Yesterday I set a challenge for you all to join with me in a new fitness plan. Most of us know that exercising is great for our health, however many don’t have time to join in with an fitness class, or go to the gym on a regular basis. This challenge offers support and encouragement from others in the same situation, however it’s more flexible than a normal class, as you can complete the workouts at a time most suitable to you.

So please do join with me, and drop me a line to let me know, so that we can encourage one another!

My workout plan

The challenge for Day 2 was Bikini Body Ready, a 21 minute, action packed workout. The personal trainer in this video is very encouraging, which helped to keep me motivated throughout, and it’s a great workout to get your entire body in shape.

How did I feel? It did get my heart rate pumping, and my muscles burning again, however I didn’t feel as if I was working as hard as in the previous workout, but maybe I was slacking! However, the ab crunches were a killer, and next time around I need to put more effort into this section. Again it’s only 21 minutes, so it feels like it’s over in a flash, which I love!
