Join My Ballet Fitness Challenge

It’s now Day 4 of the fitness challenge, and today’s routine was the Ballet Strength Workout. This is an easy to follow routine, combining modified ballet exercises, and Pilates, which will help to strengthen and tone the whole body.

The routine contains a lot of stretching, and graceful movements - you’re probably imagining tutus and ballet shoes, but I promise it’s nothing like that - whilst it may not be for everyone, you may be surprised by how enjoyable it is!

How did I feel? I loved the variation in this workout, compared with the normal cardio-type routine. It was actually very relaxing, but I still had to work hard to complete the 20 minutes. Personally, I think it would be a great workout to do after a long day at work, particularly if you didn’t feel much like exercising.

I’ve extended this challenge to anyone who wants to join me, don’t worry that I’m on Day 4, you can join in at any time! Please drop me a line to let me know if you do join in, we can encourage one another!

Why not take a look at Exercise TV’s package of Studio Workout Plans, for more great options?
