Lists, Wonderful Lists!

I love lists! Whether it’s lists of food I need to buy, lists of Christmas or birthday presents, lists of emails I need to send, or lists of chores I need to do. Sometimes I feel like I need a list to organise my lists – it can get a little confusing!

So, in honor of the humble list, here are a few of the best I’ve come across recently. I hope you find them as wonderful as I did!

  • Leo over at Zen Habits has written a brilliant article called 31 Ways to Motivate Yourself to Exercise – with 31 options to choose from, you’re sure to find something to inspire you!
  • Elizabeth from Health Castle discusses 28 Ways to Cut Calories Effortlessly – why not use one of her tips each day? Over time this can really add up!
  • Jul over at Veggie Chic has written a fab article called 12 Tips for Eating More Veggies – if you find yourself stuck for time, or you don’t really enjoy the mess of cooking, these tips are for you!
  • Last but not least, Kathryn from Limes and Lycopene wrote a great post called 5 Ways to Improve Your Health TODAY – why not take action today by putting these 5 quick tips into practice during your lunch break?

If you’d like to stay in touch with Dietriffic you can subscribe to my most recent articles via email or RSS feeds.

Best wishes!
