Cutting 100 Calories Daily
As we all know that the problem of obesity is reaching unparalleled heights. Unfortunately, eating just a small amount more than we need each day will result in a steady weight increase over the years.
Previously, I discussed how eating just 100 calories a day more than we require will result in an annual weight gain of around 4.7 kg, which is pretty shocking!
I came across this list of foods from the Pennington Biomedical Research website. If you want to cut a few hundred calories from your diet, this list could be an extremely tool.
Here is a short exert, ‘Finding Ways to Cut 100 Calories’
(Right-hand column indicates calorie content)

You can also download the list in full in a printable version.
