Tranquil

There have been some really great articles on the web over the last few weeks, here are a selection of my favourites:

  • At Limes and Lycopene over the last couple of weeks Kathryn has been writing about her daily mealtimes. This is a wonderfully practical guide to eating healthy, and if you often wonder how to translate health advice into practical eating, I think Kathryn’s posts are really helpful (ps go back to the start and check it out as her days unfold).
  • Worker Bee from Mark’s Daily Apple has written an article called, “7 Tips to Get Out of Bed,” I’m definitely going to give “non-negotiable schedule” a go!
  • Are you unproductive at times? I know I am! Over at Zen Habits Leo discusses, “Unproductivity: 8 Fantabulous Ways to Make the Most of Your Laziest Days.” This is a great article, with some really wonderful tips.
  • Martha from That’s Fit discusses tips for exercising on a budget, reminding us that we can get fit in our own homes, without “breaking the bank!”
  • And finally, over at Diet Blog I wrote a guest post on “How to Build a Strong Support Network.” Are you surrounded by people who are helping you reach your health goals? Check out my article to find out why this is so important!

Remember, to schedule time out to relax and unwind this weekend - eat well, enjoy your family, exercise, make sure you get a good nights sleep, and come Monday morning you’ll feel much more productive, and ready for the week ahead!
