Kym,
I can't really say without knowing more about your current weight and what you are eating. It sounds like you simply aren't eating enough, but I'd need to know more about you.

Hi there, can I ask your help on something please? I currently workout 4-5 times a week but I get so hungry. I try to grab healthy options (handful of almonds, bannana's etc) but it just doesn't satisfy me and by the end of the day I see myself grabbing the chocolates biscuits instead. I also cut up carrots and celery so I can just grab them on the run but I am still hungry. Please see below the typical week of training that I am doing: Mon 1 hr step class +1 hr pilates. Tues 1 hr Zumba. Wed 1/2 hr Personal trainer + 1 hr walk. Thurs 1 Hr Step class. Fri 1 hr step class. Sat day off, Sunday 2 hr walk. I also work 2 jobs and fall into bed exhausted - but love the adrenalin it gives me!!

[...] #1 Take it slowly - don’t get too overwhelmed by the thought of exercise. It’s best to begin slowly, by starting with 10 minutes each day, building up to perhaps 30-40 minutes at a time. Check out A Bit by Bit Approach to Exercise. [...]

Hi,
The exercise tips are really good. But, one shoud also consider ones age before charting out an exercise plan. And one should not over strain oneself. The moment any exercise starts feeling like a punishmentl, it should be stopped. This thumb rule applies esecially to older guys. Young muscles that are hurt due to overstraining mend fast; but older muscles take time. So, watchout old guys! Walking, say 4km in 30 minutes is ideal for those above 45. Add on some aerobics and stretching, and this should keep one fit.
Thanks.
