I totally agree. My heads gets swimmy and I find it hard to concentrate if I neglect my health for a while.

Everything else flows from good health. Ideas, concentration enthusiasm, patience, everything you mentioned above. Making health no.1 makes everything else in life a lot easier

Great post. This is such a great effect of eating good food and exercising. It's not just to lose weight - it changes your overall life. It gives you more energy and makes you more focused. Great article. I guess I have to agree. I think a big part of this is whether you write fiction or nonfiction. Since technical writing rarely requires a strong imagination.
