		<description>I&#039;m not a vegetarian, but I am will to try vegetarian foods.  You couldn&#039;t be more right about simple diets.  
Obviously the easier something is to do, the more likely we are going to do it.  Having easy to make yet healthy food goes a long way in maintaining a good diet over the long term.  Thanks for the ideas, I think I may try the barley bread.</description>
