		<description>Clif Bars were my savior when I was just in Europe for two weeks. I packed some in my bag before I left and they really came in handy when I was out and about and needed a snack or energy boost. Sure, they aren&#039;t as good for you as fruit, but they are very portable, don&#039;t need refrigeration, and have some good nutrients.

		<description>These are good ideas.  I love popcorn as a healthy snack as long as a lot of butter or other unhealthy extras are added.  Another snack I like is sunflower seeds.  They do not quite have the nutritional value as the others on this list, but they do have some health benefits, and they are a good way to keep you busy when traveling by car.</description>
