Mel, I have not checked out the guide yet as I am hesitant to spend the money even though there is the money back guarantee. I'll have to give it some thought but it helps knowing that you think it is helpful.

Derek's last blog post..The Winner Of The BlogWorldExpo Pass

Hi Derek,

That's an interesting question, maybe I'll do a post on that soon. Did you check out Habit Guide?

James,

LOL...it does sound like an advert, but that's okay, Habit Guide really is a very helpful resource, I'm sure my readers would find it extremely useful!!

Hi Derek,

I was stunned when I read your comment. I don't want this to look like a blatant advert, but you've basically just described the Habit Guide diet.

The diet has a very solid structure, that provides all the nutrition you need, and you really you just tweak elements, if you wish.

You can download Habit Guide at www.habitguide.com/dietriffic

Ok, this really does sound like an advert doesn't it? But honestly, I think you'll be amazed -- I think this is exactly what you're looking for. ~ James

Since I'd been thinking of shooting you an email with this question, I will ask here.

As much as I love your posts about healthy recipes and meals, I often find that the wealth of options leads me down the wrong path. To get myself more into the mode of using food more for "fuel" as opposed to "enjoyment", I have been wondering what would be a good, healthy meal that you could eat over and over (for nearly every meal) and get all of your nutrition and remain healthy?

It sounds crazy to think of eating the same meal over and over, but if I didn't have the temptation of choice maybe I would make the wrong choice less often.

So...if you were to design the "perfect" meal that could be eaten all the time, what would it be?

Derek's last blog post..Q&A Round 4 :: The Questions
