I suppose that would be particularly good if you had a few bananas that got too ripe, I&#039;m always leaving them until they&#039;re too brown..shame on me! Now I have a good solution, thanks!!</description>

Baking an unpeeled banana at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet is delicious because the natural sugars caramelize. Just peel part of it back, and eat with a spoon.</description>
