		<description>Emotional eating is one of those sneaky things that can really be detrimental to a proper diet.  The problem is, that it is difficult to realize that you are doing it.  I think I&#039;ve mentioned it here before, but I found that I tend to eat when I&#039;m bored.  If I&#039;m sitting around the house not doing anything I start eating junk food.  Fortunately, I&#039;ve been able to realize this, and I am getting better at catching myself before I go into a junk food binge.  I think that you have to sit back and try to figure out any emotions that cause you to eat, so you can try to prevent it in the future using some of these techniques.</description>
