Hi, Melanie:
I really need some help. I was diagnoised in March of 2008 with Diabetic–type2. And, to be honest, I have asked the Doctor what I am suppose to do, about the diet, What changes should I make. I am on a Diabete pill, take once a day. I hate to take medicine all the time, but that has been what my life has turned out to be.
Can you help me out with the Diet thing? I love eating all types of meats(But do not know what ones are really good for me), I love fruits and vegtables,too.
