31 Days to Better Health and Fitness

Imagine if in 31 days you could easily (but noticably) improve your health and fitness levels…

What would that be like for you?

Throughout the month of January we’ll be focusing on 31 small changes you can begin to implement for a happier, healthier, more energetic you in 2009!

As I pointed out in the Lifestyle Makeover Guide, making small incremental changes to how you currently do things, is a recipe for success.

But, we’re all so busy these days – we work hard, we travel, we socialise – and somehow being healthy is way down our list of priorities.

Sometimes it’s just difficult to know where to start!

So, what we’re going to focus on over the next 31 days are small, simple changes, that you can begin making immediately.

Think of the month of January as a step-by-step guide to improving your health.

Each day I’ll be posting one challenge for you to complete, and over the weeks we will gradually build on the previous days task.

Today’s challenge is to make a commitment to change

Will you make a commitment to doing whatever you can over the next 31 days to improve your health?

Please remember the tips are intended to be a guide only.

So, it’s important that you work out what suits you personally, perhaps two changes per week, or choose a few tasks you can work on at weekends when you have more time.

Do whatever suits your schedule, and your current level of commitment. Above all, don’t get too overwhelmed!

I’d love to hear how you are getting on with the tasks throughout the month, so please do leave a comment, ask questions, share your own tips – we can encourage each other!

If you have your own blog, why not write an article on a topic you think appropriate for this months theme? If you do take part, please come back here and let me know about your article, so that I can link back to you.

So, have you made a commitment to improving your health yet?
