		<description>My bad habit which I have recently &#039;just&#039; revolved to break....is my lack of acknowledgement to ME/personally on how well I am doing. It&#039;s not that I speak to myself in negative terminology but that I seem to think I need to be MORE when actually I&#039;m doing PRETTY DARN GOOD!!

I have changed my original set up at SparkPeople to reflect that i.e. I&#039;ve decided that if I blog the past &amp; the present it will be better for me to acknowledge what I have achieved, what I didn&#039;t quite achieve but could possibly do if I just &#039;rethink&#039; here and there.

I got carried away @ SparkPeople when I first signed up....adding various pages of goal tracking on various health/fitness matters. I don&#039;t keep records in quite that way soooooo I&#039;ve changed all that back to basically nothing

I had thought to drop my Gym membership but after I really thought though a number of issues I decided that I should continue with it....it&#039;s a very cheap option in relationship to how much time/$ anything else would be. I might trim down some of the time factors there but basically the programme I have at the momenti is pretty good and I still have one more prog/change payment so I can suggest to the lovely A that I would like to know how to use xyz!!!

So hopefully bad habit of my personal achievements is knocked on the head :-)))</description>
