Try to be a good role model for your children, your partner, your co-workers, and other family members.

Hi Melanie – These are all great tips. I’ve noticed if I’m eating something “healthy” and my husband sees it, he’ll often taste it and say, “I’ll have some of that”. Making things look appetizing works every time.

That’s a great point.
I can remember one of my first cooking demos at uni, we were asked to make a healthy meal. Unfortunately I focused too much on choosing healthy ingredients, that I completely forgot to think about what it would look like on the plate! It tasted fine, but it was bland looking, and definitely not the best meal in the room…quite embarrasing really!
Anyway, it was a good lesson learned!
