Yes, you&#039;re right. I always tell my clients this, as you say if you hate the exercise you&#039;re doing you&#039;ll never be able to stick with it. 

For me, I despise going to the gym, so walking is my main form of exercise, and while it may not be the fastest way to get results, I enjoy it, and it&#039;s get me into the fresh air, which I love!</description>

		<description>I think another good way to get your best work-out ever is to do exercises that you really like.  It may not be the work-out that experts suggest, but that is absolutely not important.  Moving your body every day to build strength and flexibility is what is key.
    Even though I own a mountain of work-out DVDs, I used to have long lapses of not exercising.   Last year I finally figured out why, I dislike cardio and weight lifting exercises immensely, and that made me avoid exercising.  I now realize that I love floor exercises and I enjoy my work-outs much more now that I have stopped forcing myself to do cardio and lift weights.  
My floor exercises consist of pilates, calanetics and yoga and that combined with 8 min Taebo (LOVE IT) gives me my best work-out several times a week.
