blimey that burger is Ewwwwwww and Eckkkkkkkkkkkkkk.
I liked most of your links but I couldn’t work out why someone would put some ‘commercially made’ ‘butter!thing on their porridge’
The kids reminds us to do something unusual as an adult…….I do have something similar that I regularily do which is ‘bus hopping’ – I don’t read, knit or other but rather ‘take in the scenery’ ‘chat with other passengers, bus stop wait people’ ‘the driver if I choose the front high seat’ ……….wonder around suburbs I land up in, taking in the sights mostly people watching. I get on and off buses as it takes my fancy – I jump on the next one (even if I’m not sure where it’s going)
Other days I will hop just one or two buses and get somewhere and window shop, eat out somewhere different and the walk maybe to the next suburb along the way ‘just look’
This gives me exercise for the body and mind as I take in mentally a good many things…..usually I see something ‘I might do in the future’ i.e. when I’m at St Lukes Mall I always think “oh the movies are so close……..I must do this sometime” I rarely get to the movies!! Because I forget and there is sooooooo many other interesting things to experience ‘bus hopping’
I was just checking my calendar last evening and notice that I’m two weeks out from getting back to study @ Uni – more exercise for the brain about to hit the deck
so I must make the most of the time left from the fabulous Summer Recess holidays!
