It&#039;s great that you&#039;re trying to give your mind a bit of a workout too. In my newsletters I discuss using every opportunity to be more active in daily life, and to put lots of energy into everything you do. 		<description>I&#039;ve skipped looking at 80 &amp; 100 tips just for the momenti....another day maybe!

I&#039;ve had to change quite a bit of my eating regime because for some reason I haven&#039;t been feeling so grand lately. But on the otherhand, it seems that having a hot cooked breakfast a few hours after I get up is meaning, I&#039;m needing less during the rest of the day.

So the hot porridge/oats &amp; healthy additives are on the back burner at the momenti....I&#039;m thinking of having them for &#039;evening&#039; instead. 

This seems like reversing the regular/normal eating program.....I am generally not as hungry. 

The other thing, I&#039;m not doing or doing differently is exercising. Because I decided to withdraw from the Gym, I needed to see if I could fit in some exercise during the university days. So it&#039;s walking. Walk to the next bus stop or the one after that....walk faster. Like this evening 2 guys in front of me on the narrow walkway by Uni; see if I can overtake them, even though I really don&#039;t need to hurry!
Walk up the stairs at Uni (as long as they aren&#039;t open sort)......ok do take the lift if more than 3 flights. 

When doing this extra, be in the &#039;zone&#039; so to speak. Kinda do it in a positive way so that everything including mind gets a workout (can&#039;t explain my idea on this!)

Proof is in the making....I now need a belt for my jeans otherwise they are sliding down! This is funny because when I lost all the weight a number of years ago; I bought this particular pair of jeans because I needed a much smaller waist........so to have them sliding now is just tooooooooo funny for words!!!! I&#039;ve another pair I wear wintertime, I must get them out and see what is happening with &#039;em :-) :-)</description>
