I recently discovered Rachel’s site Beyond Beeton, and I’m already a fan. I’m sure you’ll be able to relate to her post on the pros and cons of exercise and find her article really useful.
4. Process of Elimination
Check out this interesting article from the Guardian’s Richard Ehrlich who asks, how much do you rely on processed foods? Interesting question! Find out how he got on trying to cut back his processed food intake for one week.
5. Meet Your Match: Veggies that Meet Your Kitchen Personality
Find out if your cooking style suits you and your veggies by popping over to Health Castle to read this post written by registered dietitian Sofia Layarda.
6. Family Traditions: 10 Ideas to Get You Started
I also discovered another great site this week called Simple Mom. It contains lots of wonderful info on looking after your family and being more productive, etc. I particularly enjoyed the recent guest post from Sherri.
