Since having Elissa I’ve been taking a break from most of my work to simply enjoy being a mum.

“This maybe sounds weird because you always teach us how to lose weight, so do others, but how can I gain weight? I’m a 178cm tall guy, but I only weigh 55kg.”
Far from being weird, this is a really great question.

It’s funny, we always say fruit and vegetables, but never vegetables and fruit…
So, why does fruit always come before vegetables? It’s hardly fair, is it?
