		<description>I think hindsight is a very good thing if we all new what was going to happen to us later in life we would all make the appropriate changes to avoid that happening, I think it is important that at the start of each year taking a look at yourself, if you have put on a stone in the last year then may be your weight may have been a problem and something you should watch for the next year.  Great post that really brings it home, I hope your preacher has it under control.</description>

I don&#039;t know if you would call it a tactic as much as a source of motivation but I got accepted into the Dietetics at university. I figured that if I&#039;m going to be telling people to be healthy, maybe I should start being healthy myself. Let&#039;s see if this motivation lasts long enough for me to lose all the weight I need to lose :D

		<description>Yes,  2010 here we come!!!!!  I&#039;m back at curves again.  I&#039;ve almost emptied the cupboards of rubbish and asked my husband to buy his own coffee cake and biscuits.  So here&#039;s to it.  There is a 30 day challenge and I would hope to complete it.

I also have to add that my dear son in his own kind way encouaged me! :):):)</description>
