The handbook has a recommended retail price of $47, but as a special launch offer, I’m practically giving the handbook (and all the bonuses) away — starting from $7!
Yea, you read that correctly… just $7!
However, you’ll have to be quick. The price will rise by $1 with each ten sales.
So, the sooner you get yours, the better!

Congratulations on your new eBook Melanie!
I wish I had readers on my blog as I would definitely have recommended them to take a look at your handbook. Not that I know if it’s good or not, but I’ve been coming to your blog and I can tell it’s quality articles, so I’m pretty sure it’s reflected as well in your handbook.
Congrats again!

Hey Patrick,
lol, thank you very much :)))
Yes, I bet the Handbook is loaded with healthful recommendations.
Looks like you’ve got some professional marketing help at the handbook’s website – well done.

Hi Steve,
Thank you Steve! Actually my super talented hubby did the sales page… :D
dear melanie..
how about eat a lot of food every day but my weight is under 50 kg ..?? what should i do..??
Hi Firdaus, I assume you want to gain weight?
yes.. because now i`m 24 years old but my weight below 50 kg and my weight is 163cm.. so it`s underweight .. but melanie.. every day i eat around 6-7 times.. so what should i do if i want to gain weight to 55 kg..
Hi Firdaus, Have you read my article on body mass index? This will give you other ways to work out your body composition, as BMI isn’t very accurate. It’s difficult to say without a full body history, but if your diet is healthy, including protein, healthy fats, fruits, veg, and wholegrains, perhaps a little weight training is all you need to increase your weight. Also, have you had things checked out with your doctor? I’d recommend doing that, as they will know your full medical history.
