10 Week Body Makeover: Week 6 Results

Hey Dietriffic readers. It’s me again, the fat losing hubby. :D

It’s that time of the week again, the time where I share with you my results.

I’m running out the door to a family event in literally two minutes, so I’m just going to throw up the video for you.

You’re going to have to watch to get this weeks results. Suffice to say, it’s better than last week, which at this stage has absolutely delighted me.

I’m pretty sure it’s down to a change in the exercise regimen. It’s still no more than 20 minutes, but it’s different than what I was doing before.

Anyway, here you go. Enjoy.

Remember to talk to me in the comments :)

congratulations on a fine effort – nearly at your goal with your waistline is great as well.

i don’t think you should be dismayed if your weight/measurements so not drop every week – it just part of the process

i go on a yoyo situation with my weight/exercise situation which i don’t worry about all that much…YOU have to remember what you were doing before you started this makeover and also the sheer fact YOU are still going at the goal today :-)

Hi Cathy!
Thanks for the comment. I’m not worried at all about not losing weight last week. I know my body composition improved in spite of what the scales said.

Losing 1kg this week was a fantastic result for me, and the fact that I’m under an inch from what I dared to imagine was possible with my waist, is phenomenal in my opinion. I’m ecstatic about it.

I’m sure there are many plans which could give similar results, but they would either leave me hungry, or I’d have to workout for 60-90 minutes/day (like P90x). Thanks, but no thanks. I’ll take my belly-filling meals, and 20 minute workouts instead :)
