After spending two years in Australia, I moved back home to Northern Ireland in ’09 with my lovely husband Armen, and in October ’09 we had our first child, which we are so excited about!

You can find out more about our little baby Elissa here.

I love Pilates and country walks, raspberries and freshly brewed coffee, and my favourite splurge is white chocolate cheesecake!

The Purpose of Dietriffic…

I know that many people struggle with the confusing nutritional information so prevalent today.

So, as someone who is passionate about nutrition, my desire is to empower people like you to possess a better understanding of what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle.

If you’re after a personal blog, full of contradictory ideas and advice which isn’t founded on evidence, you’ve come to the wrong place.

Dietriffic is about evidence based information, equipping people with reliable advice. It’s full of practical, actionable ideas for you to put into practice immediately.

I really encourage you to subscribe to the free updates, either via email, or RSS if you use a feedreader.

My Books…

The Lifestyle Makeover Guide
I’ve written a book called The Lifestyle Makeover Guide. This is for people who struggle with breaking old lifestyle habits, and who find it difficult to begin the process of change.

The Lifestyle Makeover Guide will help you to challenge those habits which are holding you back, and help you on the path to improved health and wellbeing.

15 Secrets of the Naturally Thin
This is a free report I put together not too long ago. Not only could I be considered as one of those annoyingly skinny people who has never struggled with weight problems, but as a dietitian, I’ve taken time to observe the familiar traits of naturally thin people, and how they compare to those who struggle with their weight.

However, you can’t get it without being on my mailing list.

The Healthy Eating Handbook
I realise that many people are totally sick of dieting, but perhaps feel a little confused about what a healthy diet actually looks like after years of “dieting.”

The Healthy Eating Handbook is a step-by-step guide, which will help you transform your eating habits, and those of your family. It will guide you in menu planning, and saving money at the grocery store — basically, it is healthy eating made easier than you thought possible.
