There’s an annoying recurring theme found in experts that I’ve noticed these days.
I think perhaps the propensity to this evil could be found in any expert in any age, but that’s irrelevant.
It exists now, and it’s annoying.
What I’m referring to is the unwillingness of ‘experts’ to amend their opinions and adapt quickly to changing landscapes.

So, we’re down to the last couple of weeks now, and as much as I’ve been tempted to cut this short due to hitting a healthy weight, I will continue to the end.

As summer approaches, thousands will soon be thinking (if they haven’t already) about getting into shape.
People attempt to lose weight for all sorts of reasons, but for most it’s driven by more vain desires like looking better and being more attractive. It’s normal I suppose.
Although my motivation has been more driven by observing my grandfather having the ability in his eighties to enjoy his great grand-daughter, I’d be a liar to deny the fact that getting rid of body fat makes everyone look better, including myself. Click to read more…

Well, I tried something different this week.
I cut out most of the specialised cardio workouts in my regimen, and focused on building muscle groups.
The overall measurements (which Mel did again for me this morning; see results below), show some significant positive changes.
However, it didn’t effectively burn fat from my mid-section. This was something I knew was a possibility, but I was tempted to try it, thinking that if I push myself hard enough, it’ll still work. Click to read more…
